The services are exceptional, including a clean pool. The rooms are great quality and functional with a balcony, the bedroom, for example and the staff are very very helpful!

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the stunning views from the rooms with balconies. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the tiny beaches on the lake, as well as being in the center of town. The breakfast spread is impressive, with many options to choose from, and the views from the breakfast area are simply breathtaking.

Please train the cleaning staff to knock before entering to clean the room. I forgot to put out the Do Not Disturb sign and then entered without knocking. I wish there was more variety at breakfast, more fresh fruit and some vegetables.

Had a great time at this hotel over Easter! Loved the amazing lake views from our room and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The location, especially during the heatwave. It was a bit tricky getting to the hotel via public transport, as there were no taxis nearby and the walk from the bus stop in the village center was not easy, especially with luggage.

Very nice location at Garda see. Personal is very skillfull and speaks english. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Hotel has own inside swimming pools. I recommend this hotel!

There is no free internet - no problem for those who are really on a 'break' but, since I was there for a conference, I would prefer to have a free connection

The hotel room was outdated and in need of renovation. The walls had patches of worn paint and the furniture was old and tired.

We liked the location, the room, the restaurant, the buffet breakfast and the staff. We could find no fault and being there felt like a home from home. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect – right by the lake with stunning views. The convenience of being able to stroll to the public beach and nearby town center was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy, and I particularly loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake views. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was served with one of the most breathtaking views.
